Role:
Duties include:
Inbound and outbound handlilng of phones, email and chat transactions.
Able to work in a fast paced environment. Excellent Customer Service and communicaiton skills. Excellent trouble shooting skills. Self motivated individual required.
The successful candidate will have 1+ years experience in a technical support environment. Will have a solid foundation of practical computer knowledge including core components (h/w and s/w) and advanced troubleshooting techniques associated with general computer usage (Mac and Windows).
Should have a basic understanding of routing and routed protocols such as RIP, BGP, OSPF, IP, IPX and Appletalk.
Should also have a good understanding of network security concepts suchs as NAT, VPN, IP Sec. and firewalls.
Basic understanding of internetworking hardware such as switches, routers, VPN devices, Internet Access Devices, Remote Access Devices.
Solid understanding of of LAN/WAN protocols and topologies i.e. TCP/IP, Ethernet.
The immediate requirement is for fluent Dutch, French and German speakers. However, over the coming months we expect to be recruiting for the following languages also - Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Portuguese.
