Customer Order Specialist

Role:
A Shannon based multinational has a requirement for a Customer Operations Specialist.
Duties & Responsibilities
Order processing, both Hardware and Software
Proactive Order management
Dealing with customer queries and problems
Liaison with sales representatives
Checking delivery dates and liaising with logistic service providers
Product enquiries from customer and resolution of same through all departments
Credit/Rebate entitlement and verification
Any other ad hoc duties required to maintain the daily operation of the company.
Key Competencies:
3 years Customer Service experience
Fluency in German desirable. A second language would also be an advantage
Excellent organisational skills and effective prioritisation skills
Customer focused and team player
Ability to work on own initiative with strong drive and determination to achieve goals
Solid computer skills with a knowledge of SAP and Excel preferred
Sound understanding of Supply Chain (Purchasing. Inventory, logistics)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
