Job Description

The Manager of EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa sales regions) Customer Orders and Services will be responsible for managing the regional team that supports all facets of customer service, sales and logistics.


 


You will be tasked with providing leadership, training and development to the team that is responsible for the lifecycle of sales order and database management. This includes verifying customer purchase orders for pertinent information prior to shipment; provide timely communication to the customer and sales regarding order status; order prioritization and expediting; collaborating with material planners and sales on product shortage or allocation.



 


Assure timely and accurate processing of customer purchase orders and returns.


 


Ensure that EMEA Order Management is compliant with Sarbanes-Oxley


 
Skills & Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a customer service role in high tech.


  


ERP systems (Oracle), database and MS Excel expertise required.
