A Shannon based company are looking to recruit Italian, German & Spanish Technical Support Representatives.
This is a great opportunity for IT graduates to get their career started as there is excellent training provided. Duties: The role involves providing technical support & customer service over the phone & via email for a range of laptops / PCs and peripherals. 50% Customer Service and 50% Technical Support.
Requirements: You will have a 3rd level IT or Business qualification and an excellent customer service ethos. Fluency in one of the following Italian, German, Spanish is essential. You will also need a good knowledge of Op. Systems and PC hardware. Salary: €21K. Permanent positions.
