This complete, tailor-made service covers everything from advertising to interviewing, from recruitment to payroll. The client is simply charged a previously agreed, fixed daily/weekly amount for each individual on that payroll, regardless of overtime. We eliminate client administration headaches.
Charged on a previously agreed weekly basis, for example, the service covers hours worked together with employers' PRSI. Employee absence during a particular week means no charge will apply. Holiday pay is changed separately without an administration fee, & in strict accordance with statutory requirements.
Rates of pay are dictated by the client & are usually based on pay structure within the client company or organization. Incentives also apply, with clients able to recruit, absolutely free of charge, any candidate who is on Richmond's payroll for 26 weeks or more.

Richmond Contracts will interview & reference check all potential employees & ensure they conform to the clients requirements for: Educational Standards, personal attributes, ability to do shift work & experience.
